Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media marketing efforts. As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and traffic to our website. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns, leading a team of social media professionals, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and lead a team of social media professionals
- Create and publish content on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Analyze social media metrics and provide recommendations for improving engagement and reach
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content that drives engagement and shares
- Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in social media marketing
- Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and leading a team of social media professionals
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics
