“Almasa” is a global citizen, solopreneur business woman, with a natural talent for  smoothly blend cultural differences. A seasoned PR elite networker with an outstanding unique style, she excels in brand strategy, mentoring and personal image  advisory with more than 3 decades of professional experience in Lifestyle and Luxury. 

Multilingual communicator by nature, she is a French Catholic with Italian roots, absolutely passionate by the Arabic world and civilisations. When relocated to Dubai in 2013, she traded her name to Almasa (meaning diamond in Arabic) to align with the local environment. She is currently developing ATWA by Almasa, her own line of jewellery based on sending a resilient message pledging for tolerance from Dubai to the world.

She founded her own boutique consultancy management agency, Consulting. As exploring the MENA region since 1994 she offers to share her wealth of  sophisticated knowledge of the local market with brands and partners for innovative concepts related to cross-culture and giving back to the community in diverse  sectors of lifestyle, fashion, jewellery, environment, etc,… supported by a solid networking portfolio of top notch key decision makers either private and/or institutional gained over more than 2 decades within the MENA region & Europe. She has been travelling extensively since 2005 to scrutinise the MENA & European markets. 

Almasa translates in French & English, speaks fluent conversational Italian & Spanish and studies Arabic. More than the language, her connecting tool is to share the culture of these nations and places the human factor as a key role. She listens carefully to the client’s expectation to provide a bespoke answer for the perfect mix and match result.

Prior to live in Dubai, she was operating since 1980 as a PR and business facilitator from her Cannes home base, dealing with foreign companies & assisting Elite VIP clients in Media and High-end lifestyle sector.  This includes 25 years in the Super Yachts industry in diverse roles such as Charter and Sale broker, sole agent, etc.

Intuitive, strategic with strong negotiating skills, she handles highly confidential deals to assists International brands, individual and peers in diverse Lifestyle segments.  

Almasa holds a Master in International Commerce and a Diploma in Specialized English. She is also active in the Media environment, occasionally reporting for selective magazines and TV channels. Always willing to strongly contribute to the women empowerment, she is often a keynote speaker and a mentor. She was rewarded in March 2017 by the Dubai Business Women Council with the Shoukran trophy award as an active member and contributing ambassador and is a UN Global Goodwill Ambassador since March 2018.
